Masonry Restoration

We preserve the historical and architectural integrity of all types of masonry including brick, limestone, granite and terra cotta. Conditions that contribute to the deterioration of masonry structures can be attributed to age, moisture, neglect and deferred maintenance, as well as pollutants.

We specialize in:

  • Brick, stone and terra cotta replacement.
  • Pressure Washing: the use of a restoration cleaner and pressure wash to restore the surface to original condition.
  • Tuckpointing: the process of filling-in cutout or defective mortar joints with fresh mortar.
  • Caulking: the process of using a resilient material made of latex, oil, asphalt, butyl rubber or silicone to seal joints and cracks. The caulk adheres to the surface and remains flexible to allow for the movement of adjoining surfaces.
  • Waterproofing: applying material that resists the flow of moisture.
